Yes — we’ve got your little ones covered. LEEMO provides child safety seats upon request for all Miami and South Florida transfers, including rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster options. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your pickup and we’ll have it ready.

As required by Florida Statute 316.613, parents and guardians are fully responsible for properly securing and installing child safety seats. Your chauffeur can assist, but final responsibility for correct installation remains with the parent or guardian.

At the time of booking, a temporary pre-authorization hold of up to 20% above the quoted total will be placed on your card to cover any potential additional charges such as extra stops, extended wait time or route changes. Unused portions of the authorization are released back to your card per your issuer’s policies.

Yes — LEEMO welcomes pets with advance notice. Small pets in secure carriers are welcome across our full Miami and South Florida fleet. For larger pets, availability depends on vehicle type and route — contact us at booking and we’ll find the best option for you. Please note that a cleaning fee may apply for pet travel.

Full responsibility for pet care, supervision, and control during the ride remains with the owner. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can make sure everything is arranged for a comfortable ride for everyone on board.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are always welcome in all LEEMO vehicles at no additional charge and no advance notice required.

LEEMO offers flexible cancellation for all Miami and South Florida black car service bookings. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@rideleemo.com.

Standard cancellation notice requirements:
· Standard Sedans & SUVs — 24 hours
· Airport Transfers (under 60 min drive) — 8 hours
· Specialty Vehicles (Sprinters) — 7 days
· Large Events & Weddings — 30 days

No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full. All deposits are non-refundable. Bookings made within 7 days of service require full prepayment.
