These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.rideleemo.comand any transportation or related services provided by LEEMO (“LEEMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By making a reservation, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
LEEMO provides pre-arranged luxury ground transportation services, including but not limited to:
airport transfers,
corporate transportation,
hourly charters,
special event transportation, and
intercity transportation.
All services must be reserved in advance.
LEEMO does not provide on-demand or street-hail transportation services.
2. Reservations and Booking
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by LEEMO.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information, including pickup time, pickup location, destination, passenger count, and luggage information.
LEEMO is not responsible for delays, service failures, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
3. Rates and Charges
Rates are based on the selected vehicle type, service type, time, distance, and location.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices may exclude:
gratuity,
tolls,
parking,
additional stops,
waiting time beyond included allowances, and
damage or cleaning fees.
Luggage capacity varies by vehicle and by luggage size. Excess luggage may require a vehicle upgrade and additional charges.
4. Payment and Authorization
A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.
By submitting payment information, you expressly authorize LEEMO to charge your payment method for the total service amount.
You further authorize LEEMO to place a pre-authorization hold of up to twenty percent (20%) above the estimated total amount of your reservation in order to cover potential additional charges, including but not limited to additional time, waiting time, tolls, parking, route changes, additional stops, cleaning fees, or other service-related adjustments.
If the final total charges exceed the authorized amount, you expressly authorize LEEMO to charge your payment method for the remaining balance without further notice or additional authorization.
All payments are processed through LEEMO’s third-party payment processor, including systems powered by Limo Anywhere and Fullsteam. LEEMO does not store full payment card information.
5. Airport Pickup and Waiting Time
For airport arrivals, LEEMO includes complimentary waiting time as follows:
International arrivals: up to sixty (60) minutes
Domestic arrivals: up to thirty (30) minutes
Waiting time begins when the flight is marked as landed.
Additional waiting time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
LEEMO monitors commercial flight status when available; however, clients remain responsible for notifying LEEMO of changes or irregular travel circumstances when possible.
6. Standard Pickup Waiting Time
For non-airport pickups, a grace period of up to fifteen (15) minutes is included.
After this period, waiting time charges may apply.
7. Hourly Services and Minimums
Hourly reservations are billed from the scheduled start time, not from the actual passenger pickup time.
Certain vehicle categories, including mini-coaches and motor coaches, require minimum service hours.
Unused time is non-refundable.
8. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation policies vary based on vehicle type, service type, and reservation details.
Specific cancellation windows and applicable fees are disclosed during the booking process and form part of these Terms.
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location, failure to be reachable, or failure to contact LEEMO within the applicable waiting period may be treated as a no-show and may result in full charges.
9. Client Conduct
LEEMO reserves the right to refuse or immediately terminate service, without refund, if any passenger:
behaves in a threatening, unsafe, abusive, or illegal manner,
interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle,
smokes, consumes illegal substances, or otherwise violates applicable laws, or
creates a risk to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers.
10. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning
Clients are responsible for any damage to vehicles, equipment, or interiors caused by passengers.
Excessive mess, spills, smoking residue, bodily fluids, or other contamination may result in a cleaning or restoration fee.
LEEMO may charge the payment method on file for such costs.
11. Safety and Service Limitations
LEEMO chauffeurs may adjust routes, delay travel, or terminate service when necessary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, road closures, law-enforcement activity, or other circumstances beyond LEEMO’s reasonable control.
LEEMO does not guarantee specific travel times.
Traffic conditions, weather, construction, accidents, and third-party events may affect arrival times.
12. Lost and Found Items
LEEMO is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal items.
If an item is located, LEEMO may assist with its return at the client’s expense.
13. Force Majeure
LEEMO shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, labor disruptions, or emergencies.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEEMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
LEEMO’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LEEMO, its owners, employees, chauffeurs, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:
your use of the services,
your violation of these Terms, or
the actions or omissions of any passenger in your reservation.
16. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
LEEMO may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time.
17. Independent Contractor Relationship
LEEMO provides transportation services as an independent contractor.
Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between LEEMO and any client or passenger.
18. Subcontracted Transportation
LEEMO may, when necessary, arrange transportation services through affiliated or third-party licensed transportation providers.
In such cases, LEEMO remains responsible for coordinating the reservation but shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of such third-party providers except as required by applicable law.
19. Passenger Capacity and Safety Compliance
All passengers must comply with applicable seatbelt, child restraint, and safety laws.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the number of passengers and amount of luggage do not exceed the legal or manufacturer-recommended capacity of the selected vehicle.
LEEMO may refuse service or require a vehicle upgrade if capacity limits are exceeded.
20. Alcohol, Smoking, and Controlled Substances
Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited in LEEMO vehicles.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where lawful and only at the discretion of LEEMO and the assigned chauffeur.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
21. Animals and Service Animals
Only legally recognized service animals are permitted in LEEMO vehicles.
Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted unless expressly approved in advance by LEEMO in writing.
Clients are responsible for any damage, cleaning, or disruption caused by animals.
22. Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise agreed in writing by LEEMO in advance.
LEEMO chauffeurs are not authorized to act as guardians, supervisors, or custodians of minors.
23. Photographs, Video, and Vehicle Cameras
LEEMO vehicles may be equipped with interior and/or exterior cameras for safety, security, training, and operational purposes.
By using LEEMO services, you acknowledge and consent to such recording where permitted by law.
Recordings may be used for safety investigations, insurance matters, internal reviews, and legal purposes.
24. Electronic Communications and Agreement
By making a reservation or using the website, you consent to receive electronic communications from LEEMO, including confirmations, notices, and disclosures.
You agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
25. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or LEEMO services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the State of Florida.
You and LEEMO agree that any dispute shall be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.
You expressly waive any right to participate in a class or representative proceeding.
26. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or LEEMO services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration, such claim shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
27. Modifications
LEEMO may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
28. Waiver
Failure by LEEMO to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
30. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of LEEMO.
LEEMO may assign these Terms without restriction.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LEEMO regarding the services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
32. Survival
All provisions which by their nature should survive termination of these Terms shall survive, including, without limitation, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and payment obligations.
