TERMS & CONDITIONS
LEEMO, LLC — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 30, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by LEEMO, LLC (“LEEMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida-based luxury ground transportation company. By accessing our website, booking services, or riding in a LEEMO vehicle, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with booking or use of services.
1. Scope & Hierarchy of Agreements
These Terms apply to all website usage, inquiries, and bookings made with LEEMO. All transportation services are additionally governed by the LEEMO Transportation Service Agreement, which applies automatically upon booking and governs the actual performance of transportation services. These Terms and the Transportation Service Agreement are intended to be read together and consistent. In the event of any conflict, the Transportation Service Agreement shall prevail.
2. Services Offered
LEEMO provides private, luxury ground transportation services, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers
- Hourly and charter services
- Corporate transportation
- Special events and weddings
- Intercity rides
All services are subject to vehicle availability, traffic conditions, weather, and operational constraints.
For services arranged through affiliate partners, LEEMO acts as an intermediary only. Service quality and liability for affiliate bookings are governed by the affiliate partner’s own terms and conditions. Affiliate partners are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of LEEMO. LEEMO will make reasonable efforts to ensure affiliate partners meet our service standards but cannot guarantee identical service levels outside of our direct operation.
3. Vehicle Availability & Substitution
LEEMO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the originally reserved vehicle with a comparable or upgraded vehicle when the requested vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Mechanical issues, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements
- Accident or collision damage
- Interior damage, soiling, or required deep cleaning
- Prior service overruns or scheduling conflicts
- Weather, road, or operational constraints affecting vehicle readiness
- Any other circumstance impacting the availability of the originally booked vehicle
The substituted vehicle will be of equal or greater class, capacity, and amenity level. No additional charge will be applied to the Client when the substitution constitutes an upgrade. The Client agrees to accept the substituted vehicle as full and complete performance of the booking. If a comparable or upgraded vehicle is not available and a lower-class vehicle is the only option, LEEMO will notify the Client in advance, and any such substitution requires the Client’s consent; a partial refund or credit may be issued at LEEMO’s discretion. LEEMO shall have no further liability beyond providing the substituted vehicle.
4. Reservations & Pre-Authorization
Booking Requirements. Reservations must be made via website, phone, or email. A valid credit or debit card is required for all bookings. Full payment is required prior to service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pre-Authorization. By booking, you authorize LEEMO to place a temporary pre-authorization hold of up to twenty percent (20%) above the quoted total on your payment method. This hold is in addition to the booking total and is used to accommodate potential additional charges, including but not limited to extended service time, wait time beyond grace periods, route changes or added stops, parking, tolls, or surcharges, and cleaning, damage, or violation fees. Unused portions of the authorization will be released per your card issuer’s policies. Failure to maintain sufficient authorization may result in delayed service, service termination, or collection efforts.
5. Pricing, Surcharges & Fees
Final charges may include:
- Wait time beyond included grace periods
- Additional stops or client-requested changes
- Tolls, parking, or special access fees
- After-hours surcharge of twenty percent (20%) of the base rate for trips scheduled between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM

After the grace period, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.
9. Client Conduct & Safety
Clients must:
- Be punctual
- Wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion
- Respect passenger and luggage limits, which are vehicle-specific and disclosed at booking
- Treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully
- Follow chauffeur instructions related to safety or legality
LEEMO reserves the right to refuse or terminate service immediately and without refund if conduct is unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or abusive, or if passenger or luggage capacity exceeds legal or stated limits.
10. Child Passengers & Safety Restraints
In compliance with Florida law, all children under six (6) years of age must be secured in an appropriate federally approved child restraint device. Children ages six (6) through seventeen (17) must wear a seatbelt at all times.
The Client is responsible for providing, installing, and securing all child safety seats unless car seats have been requested in advance and confirmed in writing by LEEMO. LEEMO may offer car seats subject to availability and advance notice of at least 24 hours; additional fees may apply.
If children requiring safety seats are not declared at the time of booking, the chauffeur reserves the right to refuse the trip. Such refusals will be treated as no-shows, and 100% of the fare will be charged.
11. Service Animals & Pets
Service Animals. Trained service animals accompanying passengers with disabilities are welcome in all LEEMO vehicles at no additional charge, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Pets and Emotional Support Animals. Non-service animals, including emotional support animals, are permitted only with advance written approval from LEEMO at the time of booking, and must be appropriately crated or otherwise secured during transport. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per animal applies. The Client is responsible for any damage, soiling, or excessive cleaning required as a result of pet transport, in accordance with Section 13.
LEEMO reserves the right to refuse transport of any animal whose behavior poses a risk to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Service may be refused or terminated without refund if a client or guest:
- Smokes, vapes, or eats in the vehicle
- Causes damage or excessive mess
- Engages in threatening, abusive, or intoxicated behavior
- Transports illegal substances
- Extends body parts through windows or sunroofs at any time, including while stopped
- Carries weapons (except authorized law enforcement with valid credentials)
Alcohol. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted only in vehicles legally licensed and approved for such use under applicable Florida and local regulations. Where permitted, the Client is solely responsible for verifying that all consuming passengers are 21 years of age or older, ensuring no alcohol is provided to or consumed by minors, and any fines, citations, or legal consequences arising from passenger conduct related to alcohol. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
13. Damage, Cleaning & Liability for Misuse
Clients are financially responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by themselves or their guests. Cleaning and damage fees are assessed by vehicle class and incident, with minimum charges as follows:
| Incident / Vehicle | Minimum Charge |
|---|---|
| Smoking, vaping, or eating in any vehicle | $1,000 |
| Bodily fluids, vomit, or biohazard cleaning — Sedans & SUVs | $500 |
| Bodily fluids, vomit, or biohazard cleaning — Sprinter Vans & Limousines | $750 |
| Bodily fluids, vomit, or biohazard cleaning — All other vehicles | $1,000+ |
| Smoke or odor removal | Full vehicle day rate |
| Interior or exterior damage | Cost of repair plus vehicle downtime |
Damage and cleaning charges may be assessed and applied to the Client’s payment method up to seventy-two (72) hours after the conclusion of service. The Client will be notified in writing of any such charges and provided photographic documentation where applicable. Disputes regarding charges must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of notification. Damage and cleaning determinations shall be made at LEEMO’s sole discretion, supported by documentation when applicable.
14. Flat-Rate Transfers & Traffic Delays
Flat-rate transfers are based on normal traffic conditions estimated at the time of booking. If unforeseen circumstances cause the actual trip duration to exceed the estimated duration by more than fifteen (15) minutes — including but not limited to accidents, road closures, severe weather, construction, or heavy congestion — billing automatically converts to hourly time-based billing from the point at which the estimate is exceeded. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. The Client will be notified by the chauffeur or dispatch when conversion to hourly billing occurs.
15. Lost Items
LEEMO is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Recovered items will be held for a maximum of seven (7) calendar days at LEEMO’s discretion. Handling, storage, or shipping fees may apply. After 7 days, unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated at LEEMO’s discretion.
16. Insurance
LEEMO maintains commercial automobile liability insurance in compliance with Florida law and applicable regulatory requirements. Coverage details are available upon written request. LEEMO does not insure personal items, luggage, or other property carried by passengers; the Client is responsible for the security of their personal belongings during and after service.
17. Force Majeure
LEEMO is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic accidents, mechanical issues, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, infrastructure failures, or acts of God. When feasible, LEEMO may offer rescheduling or credit at its discretion.
18. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LEEMO, its owners, officers, employees, chauffeurs, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: the conduct of the Client or any guest, invitee, or passenger in the booked vehicle; any breach of these Terms or the Transportation Service Agreement by the Client; any damage to the vehicle or third parties caused by the Client or their guests; or any violation of law by the Client or their guests during the period of service. This obligation survives the termination or completion of services.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or as otherwise required by applicable law, LEEMO’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the affected ride. LEEMO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed connections, or business interruption, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
20. Privacy & Data Security
LEEMO collects, stores, and processes personal and payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards, Florida law, and other applicable regulations. Data is used solely for operational, legal, billing, and service-related purposes, and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required to deliver services (e.g., affiliate partners, payment processors) or as required by law. Full details regarding the collection, use, retention, and Client rights regarding personal data are set forth in LEEMO’s Privacy Policy, available at rideleemo.com, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
21. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising out of or related to services shall be brought exclusively in Broward County, Florida.
22. Right to Refuse Future Service
LEEMO reserves the right to refuse future bookings to any client who violates these Terms, the Transportation Service Agreement, or applicable laws.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties’ original intent.
24. Updates to Terms
LEEMO may update these Terms from time to time. Non-material changes are effective upon posting to rideleemo.com. Material changes — including changes to pricing structures, cancellation policies, liability provisions, or dispute resolution — will be communicated via email to Clients with active or pending bookings at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Continued use of services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
