LEEMO accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. A valid credit card authorization is required to confirm all bookings. All payments are processed securely through LimoAnywhere. Your card information is encrypted and tokenized, stored in a secure vault using cloud-first, PCI Level 1 certified technology powered by Fullsteam. We never store raw card data. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@rideleemo.com. Standard sedans and SUVs require 24 hours notice. Sprinter vans, specialty vehicles, Mini Coaches, Motor Coaches, large groups, and multi-vehicle reservations require 30 days notice. For high-demand event dates, including Art Basel, Formula 1, the FIFA World Cup, and similar major events, the 30-day notice applies to all vehicle types. LEEMO's airport transfer service includes real-time flight monitoring to help coordinate pickup timing when arrival schedules change. We provide complimentary airport wait time of 60 minutes for international arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic arrivals. Meet-and-greet or curbside pickup may be available depending on the airport, terminal, and reservation details. Confirm your preferred pickup arrangement during booking.
