When the pandemic reshaped everyone's plans, I moved to Miami with a clean slate and a single question: what to build next. I was born in Colombia and spent years in the Dominican Republic, where I ran a restaurant and worked in real estate, two very different worlds that taught me the same lesson: people remember how you make them feel.
While I found my footing in Miami, I started driving. It didn't take long to see what was broken. Even in the so-called luxury tiers, clients were dealing with last-minute cancellations, cars that hadn't been cleaned, and premium prices with nothing premium behind them. The people paying the most were being treated with the least care.
So I built the alternative. LEEMO, Luxury Elevated Mobility, exists to treat every ride, and every client, as if the company's entire reputation rode on it. Because it does.
