What to know before you book.
How early should I reserve for World Cup match days?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead. Match-day inventory in Miami is finite, and our priority is held for guests who commit early. Tournament-window holds (multiple days, same chauffeur) are confirmed in the order they’re received.
How are rates calculated for stadium transfers?
Hard Rock Stadium transfers are flat-rate based on your pickup zone (Miami Beach, Brickell, Aventura, Downtown, etc.) and vehicle class. The quoted price includes the chauffeur, all surcharges, the staged return pickup and standard gratuity. We send the figure in writing before you confirm.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every arrival in real time using the flight number you provide. Pickup time adjusts automatically, and the first 60 minutes after wheels-down are complimentary. Our dispatcher will text you with the chauffeur’s details once you land.
Can you handle hospitality groups, families and federations?
