TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: July 25, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of LEEMO, LLC (“LEEMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a luxury ground transportation service based in Florida. By booking or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with booking or use.


1. Service Overview

LEEMO offers private, luxury ground transportation services throughout Florida, including:

  • Airport Transfers

  • Hourly Charters

  • Special Event Transportation

  • Intercity Travel (e.g., Miami ↔ Orlando/Naples/Palm Beach/Key West)

All services are billed garage-to-garage, meaning time and mileage are calculated from vehicle departure from base to return, regardless of client location.


2. Reservations & Payment

  • Bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm all reservations.

  • Full payment is due before service.

  • By booking, you authorize LEEMO to charge for:

    • Wait time beyond grace period

    • Additional stops, tolls, detours, or special requests

    • Cleaning/damages per Section 10

    • Off-hour or holiday surcharges

    • Card processing fee


3. Deposits & Pricing Adjustments

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • For services booked within 7 days of the service date, full prepayment is required.

  • Pricing is subject to change based on add-ons, route changes, extra time, or client requests.

  • A 4% processing fee applies to all card transactions.


4. Cancellation Policy

Standard Sedans & SUVs (non-airport) 24 hours
Airport Transfers (≤ 60-min drive) 2 hours
Specialty Vehicles (Sprinters, Limos) 7 days
Buses, Large Events, Weddings 30 days
  • No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to info@rideleemo.com.

  • Weather-related cancellations are only refundable if LEEMO cancels for safety reasons.

  • Refunds are not issued for services terminated due to client misconduct or breach of terms.


5. Wait Time & Grace Periods

Standard Pickups 15 minutes
Seaports & FBOs 30 minutes
Domestic Flights 45 minutes
International Flights 60 minutes

After the grace period, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.


6. Chauffeurs & Vehicle Substitution

  • All chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked, and trained in safety, discretion, and professionalism.

  • If your scheduled vehicle becomes unavailable, LEEMO reserves the right to substitute with a vehicle of equal or greater class.

  • Chauffeurs may be reassigned or replaced in case of emergency or scheduling conflicts.


7. Client Conduct & Responsibilities

To ensure safety and professionalism, clients must:

  • Be punctual

  • Wear seatbelts

  • Avoid exceeding passenger/luggage capacity

  • Treat staff and vehicles respectfully

  • Refrain from illegal substances, smoking, or unauthorized alcohol

  • Notify LEEMO of pets or special requirements ahead of time

  • Secure belongings and valuables

  • Comply with chauffeur instructions for safety or operational reasons

Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund.


8. Prohibited Conduct

LEEMO may refuse service or end a ride with no refund if a client or guest:

  • Engages in threatening, abusive, or intoxicated behavior

  • Smokes, vapes, eats, or causes damage in the vehicle

  • Attempts to overload the vehicle or transport illegal materials

  • Extends body parts out of windows or sunroofs

  • Carries firearms (unless active law enforcement with ID)


9. Damage, Cleaning & Liability

Bodily fluids, vomit $250 minimum
Deep cleaning (spills, glitter) $250
Biohazard cleaning $500
Smoke or odor removal Charged at 8-hour vehicle rate
Pet not crated $50 per pet
Interior/exterior damage Billed at cost of repair + downtime
  • Charges for damage may be applied up to 24 hours after service.

  • LEEMO is not liable for personal items left in vehicles.

  • Found items may be returned; shipping fees apply.


10. Force Majeure

LEEMO is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

  • Weather

  • Road closures or traffic accidents

  • Mechanical issues

  • Flight delays

  • Government actions or emergencies

  • Acts of God

When possible, we will offer rescheduling or credit. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ride.


11. Pets & Child Safety

  • Pets must be crated and approved in advance.

  • Service animals are welcome per ADA guidelines.

  • Car seats and boosters available upon request; proper usage is parent/guardian responsibility.


12. Lost Items

  • LEEMO is not responsible for lost/damaged items.

  • Found items are held temporarily and may be shipped at your cost.


13. Gratuity

Gratuity is not included unless explicitly stated. While not required, tips are appreciated for exceptional service.


14. Privacy & Data Security

We handle personal data in compliance with PCI standards and Florida law.

  • Data is stored securely and only used for operational or legal purposes.

  • We do not sell or share client data without explicit consent.


15. Intellectual Property

All content on the LEEMO website (text, visuals, branding) is protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by Florida law.

  • Legal matters will be resolved in Broward County courts.

  • Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before litigation.

  • If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association.


17. Service Termination

LEEMO reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or discontinue service without refund

  • Charge for damages or extended time

  • Deny future bookings to clients who violate these Terms


18. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
