1. Service Reservations

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation, including contact details, pickup/drop-off locations, and special requests.

• Reservation confirmations are subject to availability. We strive to accommodate all bookings but may refuse service at our discretion due to high demand or operational constraints.

2. Cancellation & Modifications

• Cancellations and modifications must be made within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation. Fees may apply if canceled too close to the service time.

• LEEMO reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, safety concerns). If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3. Payment & Fees

• Payment is due as per the terms specified during the reservation process.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods. Customers must ensure accurate payment detailsto avoid delays.

• Additional charges may apply for:
  ✅ Extra stops
  ✅ Waiting time
  ✅ Upgrades or extended service
  ✅ Tolls, parking fees, or fines incurred during the service

• Any additional charges will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

4. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect.

• Any damage caused due to misconduct may result in additional charges.

• LEEMO reserves the right to terminate service immediately if passenger behavior endangers safety.

5. Vehicle Capacity & Safety

• Seatbelts are required for all passengers per safety regulations. The number of passengers must never exceed the number of available seatbelts in the vehicle.

• Child safety seats and booster seats are available upon request (subject to availability). However, the installation of car seats and booster seats is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian of the minor.

6. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• Smoking, drug use, and possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all LEEMO vehicles. Any fines or legal consequences incurred due to violations will be the responsibility of the passenger. Any fines incurred due to smoking violations will be charged to the passenger responsible.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with local laws. The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. Any fines or legal penalties imposed on LEEMO due to drug or alcohol-related violations will be the full responsibility of the passenger. Any violations may result in service termination without a refund.

7. Delays & Traffic

• LEEMO strives for on-time service, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or commitments due to delays. Customers should allow extra travel time.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, detailing how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Liability & Limitation of Responsibility

• LEEMO’s liability is limited to the extent covered by our insurance policies.

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are provided.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• LEEMO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website.
