TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to LEEMO, LLC (“LEEMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our luxury transportation services, website, and booking platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the booking or use of our services.
1. Service Overview
LEEMO provides private, luxury ground transportation services within Florida, including but not limited to:

Airport transfers

Hourly bookings
-
Special event transportation (e.g., weddings, corporate functions)

Intercity travel between Florida cities
All rides are billed garage-to-garage, meaning time and mileage are calculated from the moment the vehicle departs our facility until it returns, regardless of pickup/drop-off location.
2. Reservations and Payment

Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

A valid credit card is required on file for all bookings.

Full payment is due prior to service.

We accept major credit/debit cards
By booking, you authorize LEEMO to charge for:

Extended service time
-
Wait time exceeding the included grace period
-
Additional stops, tolls, parking, or detours
-
Incidentals or damages (see Section 10)
3. Deposits and Pricing Adjustments

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

Final billing may include applicable tolls, additional wait time, parking fees, route changes, or added service requests.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
-
Standard bookings: Full refund requires at least 24 hours’ written notice.

Weddings, proms, special events, and specialty vehicles: Require 7 days’ written notice for a full refund.
-
No-shows or late cancellations: Charged in full.
-
Reservation changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance, are subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
Note: Weather-related cancellations are refundable only if LEEMO cancels due to safety concerns.
5. Wait Time & Grace Periods
LEEMO includes complimentary wait time based on service type:

Standard bookings: 15 minutes

Seaports & FBOs: 30 minutes

Domestic flights: 45 minutes
-
International flights: 60 minutes
After the grace period, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Be punctual at pickup
-
Wear seatbelts (required by law)
-
Not exceed the seatbelt capacity
-
Treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully
-
Avoid smoking, vaping, or eating in vehicles
-
Refrain from illegal substances or unauthorized alcohol use
-
Secure all luggage properly
-
Notify us in advance of pets, service animals, or special needs
-
Avoid unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior during service
Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential damage charges.
7. Safety & Conduct Policies

Seatbelts are mandatory for all passengers.
-
Car seats/boosters available upon request (subject to availability); correct usage is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

No smoking, vaping, or eating in vehicles. A $500 cleaning fee applies for violations.
-
Alcohol is only permitted in partitioned/licensed vehicles.
-
Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
-
Weapons are prohibited unless carried by active law enforcement with valid ID.
-
No body parts may be extended outside windows or sunroofs.
Chauffeurs may terminate the ride without refund in cases of:

Threatening, abusive, or intoxicated behavior
-
Unsafe or illegal conduct
-
Damage to vehicle or equipment
8. LEEMO Responsibilities
LEEMO is committed to:

Providing safe, timely, and professional service
-
Assigning licensed, vetted, and trained chauffeurs
-
Maintaining clean, sanitized, luxury vehicles
-
We monitor flight arrivals to accommodate delays. However, if a flight is significantly delayed and the original pickup time cannot be met, LEEMO cannot guarantee vehicle availability at the new time and is not liable for any missed pickups resulting from such delays.

Making reasonable efforts to resolve any service interruptions
9. Force Majeure & Delays
LEEMO is not liable for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond our control, including:

Mechanical breakdowns

Severe weather
-
Road closures or accidents
-
Government actions or acts of God
When possible, we will offer rescheduling options or reasonable alternatives.
10. Vehicle Damage & Liability

Clients are liable for any intentional or negligent damage.
-
A minimum $2,000 fee applies to interior damage (e.g., seats, carpets).
-
Cleaning, repair, and downtime costs may be billed separately.
-
LEEMO is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Return shipping fees may apply.
LEEMO’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or indirect damages.
11. Pets & Service Animals

Pets must be crated and approved in advance.
-
Service animals are welcome per ADA guidelines.

Cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
12. Child Safety

Car seats and boosters are available upon request (subject to availability).
-
Chauffeurs may assist but guardians are fully responsible for proper use under state law.
13. Lost Items

LEEMO is not liable for items left in vehicles.
-
Found items are held for a limited time; return shipping may be charged.
14. Gratuity
Gratuity is not included unless stated otherwise. Tipping is appreciated for excellent service.
15. Privacy & Data Security
LEEMO handles all personal data securely in compliance with Florida and U.S. privacy laws. We never sell or share your data without explicit consent.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, images, and design, is the exclusive property of LEEMO, LLC and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
17. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
Before litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules.
18. Updates to Terms
LEEMO may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
